Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you go for junk removal?
I'm based in Beaverton, but I’m willing to travel 40+ miles in any direction. If you're unsure whether you're in range, just reach out, and I’ll let you know.
What kind of junk do you remove?
I handle a wide range of residential and small business junk removal jobs. This includes old furniture like couches, dressers, mattresses, recliners, broken appliances like washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, yard waste like branches, bags of leaves, dirt, electronic waste like TVs, monitors, computers, garage clutter, moving cleanouts, and light construction debris like drywall, wood, and carpet. I also offer full apartment and home cleanouts, hoarder situations, and eviction clear-outs. If it’s non-hazardous and not liquid, I can probably take it.
Do you do the heavy lifting?
Yes, I handle all the heavy lifting, loading, and hauling. You don’t have to move a thing. Just point to what you want gone, and I’ll take care of the rest. It’s fast, easy, and hassle-free for you.
How do you price your services?
Most jobs fall between $100 and $300, but pricing depends on a few factors like the type and amount of junk, how far I need to travel, whether there are stairs or tight access points, and local dump fees. I always provide clear quotes up front so there are no surprises. You can text me a few photos and your zip code for a fast estimate.
Do you require payment or a deposit up front?
For most jobs, no deposit is needed. You only pay once the job is complete and you’re happy with the work. I accept cash, Venmo, or a card. If you pay by card, there’s a 3 percent transaction fee added to the total. For a large multi-day or multi-load job, I may ask for a small deposit to lock in the schedule.
How do I book a pickup?
Easy. Just text a photo of your junk to 971-245-2975 and I’ll get back to you with a quote. You can also book through the website by filling out a short form. Once we lock in the details, I’ll get you on the schedule. Same-day or next-day slots are often available.
Do you work in bad weather?
Yes, I work rain or shine. Unless it’s unsafe weather like ice or heavy storms, I’ll still show up and get the job done. I bring tarps and gear to protect everything if needed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I get that things come up. I just ask that you give me a heads up as soon as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. The more notice, the better, so I can adjust the schedule.
Can you handle large or heavy items?
Yes, I can take bulky items like couches, mattresses, treadmills, and more. I’ve got the equipment and experience to safely haul big stuff out of tight spaces, upstairs, or wherever it’s hiding.
Ready Set Ko is a one-person operation right now. It’s just me, a truck, and a whole lot of hustle.
I’ve always been the one who jumps in to help, no questions asked. That drive never left. I know what it’s like to grow up with very little, and I know how far a helping hand can go. I built this business to turn that mindset into something real. I show up, work hard, and make sure every customer feels taken care of.
I do this because I love it. The moving, the driving, the satisfaction of clearing space and getting things done right. Whether it’s junk removal, deliveries, or just lending a hand, I bring honesty, speed, and good energy to every job. I go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right.
This is just the beginning. One day there will be a full team with the same mindset and mission. But for now, it’s just me. I’m here, I’m ready to help, and I’ll get it done.
